Preparation of your order: All orders are prepared with the greatest care, and are subject to three checks before shipment.
1) A control of the goods (content and condition of the goods) by a manager.
2) Labeling control (verification of your delivery details).
3) A control of the package when it is taken over by the carrier.
All our orders are therefore sent in perfect condition.
Shipping times: Orders are shipped between 24 and 72 hours after order confirmation, from our logistics center based in Nemours (F-77140) in Ile-de-France or Spain.
The average delivery time is 3 to 10 days. If you order multiple items, the order will be shipped in a minimum of packages. The average shipping time will therefore be the longest product preparation time.
Shipping rate: The standard delivery rate is € 6.90 for all orders where the amount is less than € 40.
It is free for all orders of an amount equal to or greater than € 30.
Types of delivery: PURALYA delivers your orders all over the world! Delivery in mainland France (Corsica included) is provided by the Colissimo service of the Post. If you are absent at the time of delivery, La Poste will leave you a calling card in your letterbox.
To receive your order as soon as possible, we recommend that you have your orders delivered to an address where you are present during the day (your workplace for example), or to make sure that someone can receive the package for you (your concierge for example).
Shipping providers: for our deliveries, we trust the largest transport companies. The choice of carrier is made according to the delivery options chosen by the customer, but also the delivery address.
We work with La Poste - Colissimo, Colis Privé, GLS, TNT, DHL, DPD, and UPS.
All of our shipments come with a tracking code to allow you to track your order.
